How the compliance platform works

PicsForm is built around published photo requirements — not filters. You pick the document purpose, we load that country's rules, and we tell you what must change and what must not.

Face Integrity: no facial reshaping, beauty filtering, or identity-changing edits. Crop, backdrop, or exposure run only when the selected document ruleset explicitly allows them. We do not claim that face pixel values are unchanged whenever processing is permitted.

   Choose country & document purpose

   Passport, visa, ID, residency, or license — each loads its own size, head band, eye line, background, and expression policy.

   Upload or capture a portrait

   Live camera lights guide distance, head position, eye line, lighting, and background. Images without a clear face are rejected.

   Identity-safe preparation

   Where the document allows it: background replacement and geometric crop only. We do not beauty-filter or reshape faces.

   Smart compliance report

   Each check is Ready, Review, or Retake against published ranges. A Ready result is requirement matching — not a promise that a visa or passport will be approved.

5. 5

   Retake Coach, then pay

   Physical retake instructions when the photo cannot be fixed in software. Checkout stays available for Review items that need judgement.

6. 6

   Vault, privacy mode, delete

   Download digital JPEG and print sheets. Privacy mode stores no usable photo bytes. You can permanently delete a vault photo.
