How we source photo rules
PicsForm maps published authority guidance into a document catalog. That is a catalog mapping for compliance tooling — not a government certification, embassy endorsement, or guarantee of acceptance.
- Rules are sourced from published official URLs (for example travel.state.gov, gov.uk, canada.ca, and other authority pages listed in our catalog). We record last-verified dates and link those sources on requirement pages.
- Catalog mapping helps you match size, head height, background, and appearance checks. Issuing authorities make the final decision on any application.
