What we commit to

- Identity-safe processing — no facial feature alteration
What we cannot guarantee
- Visa or passport approval — photo compliance is only one factor
- Subjective consular decisions or identity mismatches with other documents
- Portal bugs, downtime, or unstated technical checks
- Rules changed by authorities after our lastVerified date
If your photo is rejected
Contact support with the rejection reason and document ID. If PicsForm scored a passing hard-rule check but an authority cited a spec we enforce, we investigate and update rules or assist with re-export per our Terms.
