Passport photo size: what you need to know
“Passport photo size” is not one global number. The United States uses a 2×2 inch square; most of Europe uses 35×45 mm. PicsForm stores both millimetres and pixels for each document.

More than width × height
Governments also specify head height as a percentage of the frame and where the eyes sit from the bottom. PicsForm checks those bands for the document you select.
