Why the authority rejects this
Official templates expect the face on the vertical midline with even cheek margin.
What to do
- Align the camera with the middle of your nose, not your shoulder.
- Keep the phone level — a 10° tilt looks like a slouch.
- PicsForm recenters when the source still includes both ears; if an ear is missing, retake.
