Brazilian passport photos use 30×40 mm (often described locally as 5×7 cm studio prints) with a white background. Many Brazilian visa consulates instead ask for 50×70 mm with a smaller head fraction — a different crop entirely. PicsForm maps both catalog documents; this is requirements mapping, not government certification. Last verified 2026-08-18.

Neutral expression, no glasses, plain white background.
More details
Neutral expression, no glasses, plain white background. Do not reuse a Canadian-style 50×70 passport crop for a Brazilian passport — Brazil's passport is the smaller 30×40 format.
Common rejection reasons
- Wrong size (35×45 or 50×70 for a 30×40 passport)
- Using passport crop for a 50×70 visa

FAQ
Is Brazilian passport the same as Canadian 50×70?
No — Brazilian passports are 30×40 mm. The 50×70 mm size appears on many Brazilian visa checklists, not the passport itself.
