Retake guide

Passport photo rejected — face not centered

The head is shifted left/right or the camera is rotated.

Official templates expect the face on the vertical midline with even cheek margin.

What to do

  1. Align the camera with the middle of your nose, not your shoulder.
  2. Keep the phone level — a 10° tilt looks like a slouch.
  3. PicsForm recenters when the source still includes both ears; if an ear is missing, retake.
